I started Healthy Balanced Recipes with a very simple frustration that slowly became a mission.
My name is Abdelaziz, and for years I struggled to find meals that felt right for my lifestyle—food that was not only healthy, but also genuinely enjoyable. Like many people, I didn’t want to choose between “tasty” and “good for you.” I wanted both on the same plate.
Over time, I began collecting recipes from different cultures and kitchens around the world. I would test them, adjust them, and refine them again and again—always asking the same question: how can this be made healthier without losing its flavor? Eventually, I started using modern tools, including AI, to help analyze ingredients and improve nutritional balance while keeping every dish delicious and satisfying.
